Platform Overview

SingularWeb.ai is an AI-powered marketing operations platform built and operated by Web Marketing International Ltd (company number: 16455388). The platform is used to manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns on behalf of clients. This page describes how the platform works, how Web Marketing International Ltd uses the Google Ads API, and the human oversight mechanisms that govern all campaign activity.

What SingularWeb.ai Does

Web Marketing International Ltd has been managing Google Ads campaigns for clients since 2014. SingularWeb.ai is the internal platform the company built to systematise that work — replacing fragmented manual processes with a centralised, AI-assisted system that handles campaign data retrieval, performance analysis, and optimisation recommendations.

Clients engage Web Marketing International Ltd as a managed service. The company handles all Google Ads activity on their behalf. Clients do not interact with the Google Ads API or the SingularWeb.ai platform directly. They receive clear, human-readable weekly reports and review recommendations before any significant changes are made.

How the Platform Works

The platform operates on a three-layer architecture:

  1. Data retrieval layer: Scheduled workflows connect to the Google Ads API using Web Marketing International Ltd’s authorised credentials and pull campaign performance data for each managed client account.
  2. AI analysis layer: Retrieved data is passed to an AI reasoning engine. The AI analyses trends, identifies underperforming campaigns, surfaces optimisation opportunities, and drafts human-readable recommendations with supporting rationale.
  3. Human approval and execution layer: Every recommendation is staged for review in the operator portal. A qualified member of the Web Marketing International Ltd team reviews it, makes any adjustments, and either approves or rejects it. Only approved recommendations are executed via the Google Ads API.

Data Sources

  • Google Ads API: Campaign metrics, ad performance, keyword data, quality scores, budget utilisation, audience data — for client accounts where Web Marketing International Ltd holds authorised access via its Google Manager Account (MCC).
  • Google Analytics 4: Website traffic and conversion data for client properties (where clients have granted access).
  • Google Tag Manager / Conversion Tracking: Conversion event data to measure campaign ROI.
  • Client CRM data: First-party audience data for Customer Match campaigns (hashed before upload per Google policy — raw PII is never stored).

Google Ads API Integration

Web Marketing International Ltd holds a Google Ads API developer token and accesses the API under its Google Manager Account (MCC). All client Google Ads accounts are linked to this MCC, and clients grant Web Marketing International Ltd administrative access as part of their service agreement. The SingularWeb.ai platform is the internal tool through which this access is exercised.

API capabilities used:

  • Reporting (GoogleAdsService.SearchStream): Weekly and on-demand performance queries across campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and audiences.
  • Campaign management: Creating, updating, pausing, and enabling campaigns and ad groups in response to approved recommendations.
  • Budget management: Reading and adjusting campaign budgets within agreed monthly spend limits.
  • Audience management: Creating Customer Match audiences and managing remarketing lists.
  • Keyword planning: Research and planning for new campaigns and expansion opportunities.
  • Conversion tracking: Reading conversion actions to inform campaign optimisation decisions.

AI Recommendation Engine

The AI analysis engine processes campaign data and generates structured recommendations. It does not execute changes directly. Each recommendation includes the specific change proposed, the data-backed rationale, the expected outcome if approved, and a risk rating based on budget impact. Recommendations are generated automatically but never executed automatically.

Human Approval Workflow

Every campaign change goes through a mandatory human approval step before execution.

  1. AI generates a recommendation, stored as “pending approval.”
  2. A member of the Web Marketing International Ltd team reviews it in the operator portal.
  3. The reviewer approves, rejects, or modifies the recommendation.
  4. If approved: the change is executed via the Google Ads API and logged with a full audit trail.
  5. If rejected: the recommendation is archived. The change is never made.
  6. For budget changes above agreed thresholds: the client is also notified and must confirm before execution.

Clients do not directly access the Google Ads API. All campaign changes require human review and approval before execution.

Client Reporting Portal

Clients access a read-only reporting portal showing weekly performance summaries, campaign-level breakdowns, AI-generated insights, and historical trend data. The portal is read-only — clients cannot trigger API calls or execute campaign changes through it.

Security and Compliance

  • OAuth 2.0 authentication: All API access uses OAuth 2.0. Refresh tokens are stored encrypted and never exposed to clients or logged in plaintext.
  • Principle of least privilege: Read-only scopes are used for reporting; write scopes are only exercised after human approval.
  • Audit trail: Every API call, recommendation, approval decision, and campaign change is logged with timestamp, actor, and outcome.
  • Data minimisation: Only data required for campaign management and reporting is retained.
  • Google Ads API Terms compliance: Our use of the API is fully compliant with the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions. Data is used only to provide managed advertising services to authorised clients.
