Clients do not directly access the Google Ads API. All campaign changes require human review and approval before execution.

How Web Marketing International Ltd Manages Google Ads for Clients

When a client engages our service, they grant Web Marketing International Ltd administrative access to their Google Ads account via our Google Manager Account (MCC). We manage all advertising activity on their behalf as a fully managed service using the SingularWeb.ai platform. Clients receive reports and recommendations but do not interact with the Google Ads API or our internal systems directly.

Campaign Reporting

We retrieve detailed performance data from the Google Ads API on a scheduled basis:

  • Weekly automated reports: Every Monday, the platform pulls the previous week’s campaign data and generates a plain-language performance summary including spend, clicks, impressions, conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Campaign-level breakdowns: Performance reported at campaign, ad group, keyword, and audience levels.
  • Trend analysis: AI identifies week-over-week and month-over-month trends, flags anomalies, and surfaces opportunities.
  • API services used: GoogleAdsService.SearchStream, ConversionActionService.

Campaign Creation

When a new campaign is required, Web Marketing International Ltd researches target audiences, keywords, and competitive landscape; drafts a campaign structure; presents it to the client for approval; creates the campaign via the Google Ads API once approved; and monitors performance closely in the first two weeks.

API services used: CampaignService, AdGroupService, KeywordPlanService.

Campaign Optimisation

Each week the SingularWeb.ai platform analyses campaign performance data and generates specific, data-backed recommendations. A qualified member of the Web Marketing International Ltd team reviews every recommendation before any change is made. Approved changes are executed via the Google Ads API with a full audit trail. Rejected recommendations are archived and never executed.

Budget Monitoring and Management

  • Daily budget pacing checks ensure efficient spend throughout the month.
  • Alerts trigger if a campaign is overpacing or underpacing by more than 20%.
  • Budget changes above agreed thresholds require explicit client approval before being applied.

Keyword Management

New keyword opportunities are identified through search term reports and planning tools. Low-performing or irrelevant keywords are flagged for pause or removal. Negative keywords are added to prevent wasted spend. All keyword additions and removals are approved before execution.

Audience and Remarketing Management

  • Customer Match: First-party customer data provided by clients is hashed before upload per Google’s requirements. Raw PII is never stored by Web Marketing International Ltd.
  • Remarketing: Remarketing lists are set up and managed to re-engage previous website visitors.
  • In-market and affinity audiences: Google’s audience segments are layered onto campaigns to improve targeting efficiency.

Conversion Tracking

Conversion tracking is configured and audited via Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion actions. Conversion data is used to optimise bidding strategies and measure campaign ROI.
